How much weight does one have to pick up as a cashier at Cracker Barrel?

Was told that it's a requirement to pick up 20lbs to be a cashier in a North Carolina Cracker Barrel. Just wondering if any cashiers have ever had to pick up that much weight? I can definitely pick up 20lbs, though I'm a bit overweight. Just curious as to if any cashiers really pick up 20lbs? Seems like you just deal with small items. Just curious. Thanks. Timothy

I used to work for that company for 4 1/2 years.. Save yourself and do not work there. That company is corrupt. They are racist, they do nothing about sexual harassment against women, and the managers are chronic liars. And that just wasn't the store I worked at. I went all the way up the ladder to the Regional VP and still encountered these problems. They will never get a single penny from me ever again.
