How to get a Job in Offshore oil rigs\FPSO?

Hello, I am an Instrumentation Engineer with 3+ years of exp in Instrumentaion in an MNC.I was very much interested to work in an Offshore Oil Rigs\FPSO.If anyone have any idea about this please help me.

Dear i can only give you advice in this matter. Do review some offshore jobs providing companies. Don't get excited looking to the pay take a deep look to the company. Because there are many fraud involve in offshore business.
