There are a couple of openings for cooks at a middle school in Montville, Connecticut. I have searched, but can't find how much is the avarage salary of a school cafeteria cook...

Typically, school districts pay cafeteria staff about $1-$2 over minimum wage to start. They do get periodic raises, so obviously staff members who have been employed longer make more than those who are newer staff members.
I have a friend who currenly works for the school cafeteria.
