what is the difference between a certified nurse assistant and a patient care technician?

is there really a dufference between the two jobs such as the required duties, and also is there difference in pay? What would employers prefer a CNA or a PCT.

PCT's are usually also certified in phlebotomy and ekg. Along wih some other things. Hospitals tend to preffer PCTs.
