Nicole S
How do I get around giving my current horrible, manipulative boss as a reference?
Asked by Nicole S
I have references from 2 current CoWorkers, my previous Supervisor, and 4 previous CoWorkers from my current employer. I also have a letter of recommendation from the previous Supervisor and a previous CoWorker. What do I do if a new job I am offered wants to speak to my current boss? She is extremely jealous of my production because she is the Supervisor and I am doing 10 times better than her at sales and recruiting in our office. It has been like this for 2 years now and she is extremely confrontional. Can anyone help?

On apps, there is usually a place to mark if you want an employer to be contacted or not; mark no and if needed, explain
