How do You Make A Resume Focused Around My Horse Experience?

Im trying to get another job with horses, my experience really is that i grew up with them i know how to ride western and know how to use a horse without a bit and i go riding on the weekends at my friends horse ranch, i also used to take lessons in the french style. Im stuck on how to put this in a resume format, please help.

At the top of the History portion, use a "bullet" format to highlight each of your experiences. It gives the reader a quick summary and demonstrates your knowledge/understanding in a readable fashion.
