Someone told me that some places let u do on the job training.....????

Sure, you can apply but if they are advertising for a Licensed Nursing Assistant they are unlikely to hire someone with out the license. There are some hospitals that do have positions where you would get the required training while you work but the position would not be as a LNA until you have that license.
