All the legitimate programs would want an RN/BSN and even they have some difficulty getting jobs in that field.

Sure, an LPN can brand herself a consultant; your job prospects and profitability depend on your nursing knowledge, legal knowledge, your geographical area, and your ability to market yourself to law firms. There are a few programs out there that will issue a certificate; however, this is not a requirement for you to do legal consulting work.
I'm not aware of any six month RN programs, even though, as an LPN, you may be doing virtually identical work as the RNs in your place of employment.
