What do i need to do in order to be able too sell property?

Hey i was training to be a welder fabricator and im not getting anywhere with it so i want a change of scene. I was thinking of doing plumbing or selling property but what would i need to do education wise in order to become qualified for selling property? Thanks i live in the UK, should of mentioned that sorry

You'd need a real estate license in the state you live in. In order to qualify to take the exam, which is a written exam that varies in length from state to state, you'd have to contact a real estate education school and the classroom education time is about 30-90 hours total, depending on your state's requirements. Do a search online for "real estate license requirements" and include the state you live in within the search to find your state's real estate licensing board. It will likely have info about how to get a license and which education providers are authorized. After you complete the education, you can sign up for the exam (the school will tell you how), your results get sent to the state real estate board, and you qualify to apply for a license as long as you meet all of their requirements (some states require a high school diploma, for example).
