how should i start out a career in human resources with no expeirience?

I am a 25 year old construction worker pursuing a degree in human resources , but I am worried about finding a job because I hav little experience.what should I do and where should I start?

I started years ago as a receptionist try that or a file clerk. It depends on the company and how big there HR department is.
