When I get certifed in 7 months how much you think I will start off at in the chicago area im 19? Is it good just to do this skilled trade or go back to school?

Go back to school and get more training while you can. The economy is bad right now and everyone is still cutting back on employees. It will be next year before employers will start hiring again.
