What is a receptionist job like?

Currently applied for a part-time receptionist job at a car dealership, what exactly is the job like? What kind of questions can I expect from the interview?

You answer the phone all day and greet people coming through the door. You will be expected to take detailed and accurate messages for every employee, maybe make appointments for the salespeople, perhaps make coffee for the boss, possibly do some typing and record-keeping, filing, and you will most certainly be expected to be punctual, organized, friendly, and professional.

answering phones, calling clients, paperwork, filling papers and stuff. looking cute for the customer, etc..

I've been a Receptionist. You must love multi-tasking, be a people-person, be friendly on the phone, know how to use the computer perhaps, and be organized with paperwork.
