What are some jobs for high school students in the medical field?

I am currently a senior in high school. I plan on going to medical school and I also want to get some experience. I was wondering what are some jobs that I can work in the medical field. Not only will this give me experience, but it will also look good on my resume when applying to medical school.

Become an E.M.T. I am in Nursing School right now, but I became certified as an E.M.T my Freshman year of college and it was the best thing I ever did. You get tons of hands on experience, and you really do learn a lot. I know a couple of people that took their E.M.T class their senior year of high school...you just can't take your test till you are 18. After you have your E.M.T-B you can go on and get your E.M.T-I in some states which allows you to perform I.V's. I don't know what kind of Physician you are wanting to be (E.R, Family...etc.) but it really does give you an edge, and the experience and knowledge you will gain looks really good on a resume.
