How can I get hired as a Package Handler for UPS or Fed Ex?

Im currently looking for a job as a Package Handler. Im 20 I live in Atlanta,GA they have a few UPS and Fed Ex's around here but how do I apply and how do I get hired?

-Browse openings online and send in your electronic application. -Have a copy of your diploma and make sure you're drug-free when you go in for an interview. -Be prepared to work in a no-nonsense environment where a structured attitude is a requirement. -Prepare to take a lengthy written test as well as a test for the intended position. You'll be given quite a few “skills assessment” tests to see if you've mastered things like spelling, punctuation, memorizing rates or whatever the intended job will require. -Be prepared to be interviewed by a local boss, a regional boss and maybe even others. -Present an organized, clean and ready-to-learn attitude during the interview.
