Can I be the director of an Non-profit Organization and still draw an income from a different title?

I'm starting a non profit organization and would initially be the Director. I would also be "working" if you will within the organization as a coordinator/group leader (youth group), can I draw an income as the coordinator/group leader even though I am the Director?
