What is "staffing resources" at a hospital? I just applied for a job and I'm quite sure...?

I applied for a CNA position at a hospital and it said the job was the "staffing resources/clinical support" area. Not exactly sure WHAT area I would be working in. I know it would be good because it is a nice hospital and I've been looking for a good CNA hospital forever!!! But yeah, if anyone knows in good detail what that is...thanks!

I have two ideas. 1) This department provides nurses, CNAs, and assistants to fill in where people are absent. 2) This is the HR department and fills the positions that are open around the hospital.
