What will I earn working part time in California?

I'm hoping to be in California by the end of next summer to begin pursuing my acting dream. I've been trying to research for what type of part time jobs would be best to get in CA and the typical hourly wage for these jobs. Also, while working part time and earning minimum wage, how much do you think I'd be able to afford to rent? Anyone who is currently where I'm about to be or anyone with any input would greatly help me out. Any advice would be welcomed.

part time and min wage will not even get you off the streets and most cardboard boxes already have tenants

No-one relishes the thought of looking for a job, and many of us really want all the help we can get. After being jobless in recent times I got myself a great job after following the resource in the box below and following their tips for a couple of weeks. give it a try, it certainly helped me.
