What is the yearly salary of pharmacist?
Asked by miamihurricanes234
I plan on studying pharmacy in college and I currently job shadow one at a local pharmacy. I was wondering what the salary of a pharmacist really is? Please don't answer with the average salary from some site, I would appreciate answers from actual pharmacists. I'm not going into for the money, but am curious. Also, has anyone branched their pharmacy degree and become the director of a pharmacy or an administrative position?

My uncle is a district manager of Pharmacys. When he became a pharmacist, he started off with about $45-$55 an hour. Part time would be around 20-25 hours and Full time would be around 40+ hours I believe. He know oversees many pharmacys and the company has even given him his own car too. He has a big house and makes about $150,000+ annual. I'm still wondering about if I should be one too but it seems very uninteresting.
