What skills do you need to be a courtesy clerk?

I want to work as a courtesy clerk but i dont know what skills i would need.

Not many. They teach you how to bag, how to give good customer service, etc. Theres probably nothing easier.
Work in a grocery store for 8 yrs

not to sound like the job is a no brainer but i dont need any skills i used to be a courtesy clerk when i was younger and it was cool. just have common sense like don't put a six pack of soda on a loaf of bread, don't make bags so heavy that u cant even pick them up. things like that but many places train u
