What kind of job could an experienced trucker get if he got an associate's degree in transportation/logistics?

Do you think he would get hired right away into driver/dispatcher management or safety? Responses appreciated from people who work in the industry, thanks.

He won't get hired into management, he needs a real degree for that, an AA is pretty much worthless. He could be hired as a driver, or in dispatch, just not management.

Sorry......an Associates isn't worth much.......the economy is against you. Thousands are in line for the next truckers job........sorry.
