How can I become a Proffesional House Painter?

i would love to do this as a career, but im not sure how to get started. i dont know too many proffesional painting companies, or where to look for them. but im not sure how to go about doing this, need help! LOL at first response, but would like some serious answers please.

First go get you some weed , then a boombox , a ladder , paint brushes and rollers and you'll be all set .

To find professional painting companies go to the local hardware store and ask them to give you some references of their customers. Also look in the yellow pages of your area. Google paint companies in your area Also visit the paint department and read all instructions on the different kinds of paints, textures, putty, fillers, putty knives and tools, oils, paint removers, spray guns, brushes, rollers, ladders, drop cloths, etc that are used and why so that when you talk to the company or contractor you have at least some ideas of what you are talking about.
