What is the job title called that is a sales associate but work from home to take orders for customers?

For example when i call Delias (as in www.delias.com) im able to call at whatever time of the day or night and someone will always answer..well i really doubt im calling an open store cuz one time i called to place an order and this guy sounded like he was eating dinner. soo im in desperate need of a job and was wondering how i become one of those sales associates but where or how do i apply?
