What should I include in my covering letter for a hotel receptionist job?

I have worked as a hotel receptionist but it was about 5 years ago, since then I worked in hotel reservations and then been working in retail. I also have a degree in hospitality management. But not really sure what are the key things i should be including in my covering letter. Thank you in advance xx
