is motel 6 required to give you some kind of medical plan?

hi i work at motel 6 but we dont get any kind of benefits at all. on there site when you click on careers it says they do.. do they have a choice not to give you any kind of health dental ex. benefits?

Motel 6 is a franchised chain, the franchiser is Accor North America. whether or not a particular location (or group of locations) offers benefits is determined by the franchisee. what you have read about the benefits was for those who are employed by Accor (corporate positions).

An employer in the US is not required to offer any benefits to employees. Employment is voluntary (meaning if you don't like the job, you quit) at every job I can possibly think of (except military or something where you sign a contract that you need an attorney to get out of). Sorry, if they don't offer insurance, you can either get your own, find another employer that offers it, or go without.
