How can I get a "traveling executive/personal assistant" job?

I would like to get a job that allows me to do the administation side of things, but requires travel (international or domestic) either with the company at large or only with my boss. Do these types of jobs exist, and are they in demand? Where do I find them? During a search, which keywords should I use?

I would say that they are not in demand. They are hard to come by. Usually that would be an executive assistant. Look for postings that say some travel required. Usually they want very experienced Assistants. However, a lot of the time it takes knowing somebody.
