Which career is Good for Future A Software Developer Or IT Manager?

i am on the job training in a software company.i am good at sales but still believes that as at present i have no strong background to source the project for my company,it will be better to work as a Software developer and see how the improvement can be made to become a good and sucessful IT Manager?please give your suggestion...........

I suggest you you improve your skills as a software developer. IF you are working with software that you thing will be in demand for many years to come then stick with it. If you think your software may be replaced by better software or phased out over the next decade then you are going to want to look for a new program to learn as soon as possible. There are numerous opportunities in software so long as you are working with programs that are cutting edge and in demand. Stay on top of your field.
