at&t call centers- customer service rep?

i applied for at customer service rep job at an at&t call center; had the first interview/tests, went very well- had the second interview and that went very well also; i was told the training classes would start on novermber 9th, and that i would hear something before then to do the official job offer and drug test- but it's the 20th of october and i still have not recieved a call- has anyone else had a problem with getting a call back? and do you think i should try to email the interviewer about the status of hiring?

Relax, you can e-mail the interviewer but you still have 3 more weeks until you start work, They will call you by next week.
