How much should a CNA course cost?

I am planning on obtaining my CNA certification and working as a CNA while I attend nursing school. How much should a typical CNA course cost? I know I can just take the test, but I would like to take a training course. I have seen prices ranging from $700 (which is a bit expensive for me right now) and some that are as low as $50. Do I need hands on training, or can I just study online and be prepared?

Take the CNA course at the community college. There R so many bogus "online training" out there.
