What can i do in i want a carrer as a medical receptionist?
Asked by <3 <3
I live in California. I am not sure if i need to have a certificate. Does anyone know?? I am thinking of getting a certificate because im assuming it will give me a foot in the door. Also, is this job in demand? Because i have tried searching and haven't really found anything. Is there any websites i can look at?Also, is there any school that will actually put me in a job or help me find one after i get my certificate?

Best Answer:
U don't need a certificate to become a medical receptionist. These positions R called "receptionist" in the hospital i work for, (NorCal), and the requirements R 35wpm and Medical Terminology. Just make sure u have those 2 skills.
