ESS was founded in 1989 with one major objective - to assist the retail and foodservice industries with their Point-of-Sale technology needs. By consistently providing exceptional service, ESS has established a strong presence in installation, cabling, on-site service, depot repair, staging, POS parts sales, and go-live support. Focusing only on our core competencies has allowed ESS to become a total solutions provider to thousands of retail and food-service locations across the United States.

Our 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located in Clarksburg, MD houses our repair center, product warehouse, training facilities and administrative offices.
ESS offers excellent opportunities for skilled technicians throughout the country. Our field technicians provide on-site support to the foodservice and retail industries; performing cabling, installation, repairs, upgrades and maintenance of Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware and software. Our Repair Center technicians provide repairs and maintenance of Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware and software in our Clarksburg, MD office. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are what we desire! Some positions require overnight work, some travel and occasionally weekend work. Training is provided; however, basic technical skills are a must.
