The firm's corporate services include all aspects of business organization and financing, including "angel" and venture capital; preparation and negotiation of electronic commerce, software licensing, publishing, development and technology transfer agreements; structuring and negotiating financings of all types; securing rights to proprietary technology and information; employee agreements; general corporate, antitrust and tax advice; trademark and copyright registration; structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and marketing and distribution agreements.
