In addition to our Corporate Offices, our grocery store operations consist of Save Mart Supermarkets, S-Mart Foods (both conventional supermarket stores), Food Maxx (warehouse supermarkets) and our newly acquired Northern California Albertson Stores. We also operate a trucking subsidiary (Smart Refrigerated Transport in Lathrop), and Distribution Centers in Merced, Roseville and Vacaville.
