Navitus Corporate Office is in Madison, WI. Navitus world-class Customer Care Center is in Appleton, Wisconsin. It was formed in 2003 to implement a better PBM model. Dean Health Plan, Inc., and PBM Ventures, LLC (a sister company to Touchpoint Health Plan, Inc.) combined pharmacy departments to form the core structure of Navitus. It brought together two world-class institutions with a history of providing outstanding patient care for the purpose of maximizing benefits while minimizing costs.
