CTi currently contracts with 17 FFELP entities including default collection services for 10 Guarantors. Because CTi solely provides our professional services to schools, lenders, servicers and guarantors, we have a comprehensive understanding of the overall student loan process.

CTi understands the students, the schools, the servicers, the lenders, the guarantee agency's and U.S. Department of Education's role and perspective of facilitating financial aid to students and borrowers. We understand the process from available financial resources, to loan disbursement, to default prevention, default aversion, to claim payment and default counseling.
