Hourly Employment

§ Kitchen Staff You must be at least 17 years old for hourly employment opportunities with Hooters of America, Inc. and at least 18 or 21 for the Hooters Girl position depending on local alcohol service laws.
Hooters Girl, There is no set requirement in order to be a nearly World Famous Hooters Girl! We look for the All-American Cheerleader / Surfer-Girl-Next-Door image to fill our restaurants. In other words...Very bubbly, outgoing personalities!
Host/Hostess position, a great position that is our first point of contact with every guest. This person will be our guest advisor in directing customer to the proper areas of the restaurant for maximum participation in our restaurant's events.
Kitchen Staff, If you're looking to have fun and make money while you work, this is the place to be! We have an open kitchen with boisterous cooks that join into the fun. As a Hooters Kitchen staff employee not only will you learn to stay positive during the shift but also have an opportunity to become apart of the Hooters kitchen crew of the year.
Staff/Service Bartender, this role keeps the "mystique" at Hooters going strong by assisting our nearly world famous Hooters Girls in prepping their sections for the next impressionable guest.
