Arnold M. Fertig leads Centre Street Associates, Inc. During the past 25 years, his experience has included working with pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer electronics, and other high tech corporations. He holds a Masters Degree from Harvard University and brings to each search a unique combination of technical proficiency, negotiating skill, and counseling wisdom.

Our greatest asset is our ability to add value to the recruitment process for both candidates and clients. We work hand in hand with top executives, HR departments, and hiring managers to create a streamlined search process, ever seeking the "best-fit candidate" for each position. We especially value the trust that is placed in us by every candidate with whom we work, and have therefore have established and adhere to a Candidate Bill of Rights.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SOCIETY

Whenever we make a placement, we make significant contributions to the favorite charitable organizations of both the successful candidate and the person who referred him/her to us. Contributions will be made to any United States non-religious, Section 501(c)3 charitable organization as classified by the Internal Revenue Service. The donations are made at the time we receive our commission.
