Eligibility: Eligible to enroll 30 days after start date. Company pays 100%.

Retirement Plan - 401k

Employee can contribute up to 25% of salary pre-tax

Eligibility: Eligible to enroll at the next open enrollment, which is quarterly.

Position Related Training/Tuition Reimbursement

Maximum $3,000 per calendar year if the following are met:

Pre-approved authorization form
Employed with immixGroup at the time of expense submittal
Obtains a grade of "B" or above on all courses ~ or "Pass" in a Pass/Fail offered course
Must remain employed by the immixGroup for at least one year after the completion of the course

Eligibility: Full-time benefited employees.

Paid Time Off

1-5 years employment = 16 days/year (pro-rated for the first year)
5-10 years employment = 21 days/year
10 years employment = 26 days/year
