Her goal is to provide her external customers and candidates quality service. She also owns a training and development company focused on offering needs assessments regarding continuous improvement issues. She has taught team problem solving, management skills, and a variety of other skills to Managers, Engineers and most departments inside many different companies since 1992. Her masters degree in Mexico City is in International Education and Languages and she is fluent in Spanish. She still gets exited when putting the pieces of the puzzle together to make a match!
