Electrical Career Specialists (ECS), is a specialized recruiting and staffing firm dedicated only to the electrical wholesale distribution industry. We work with manufacturers, distributors, reps and lighting agencies. We have successfully placed candidates in a variety of positions such as Regional, National and Branch Management, Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Product Specialists.
We consider confidentiality and integrity to be our strongest qualities. We understand the client's need for discretion and also the utmost in confidentiality for the candidate.
We work differently from other recruiting firms. Since we ONLY work within our industry, you will have the comfort in knowing that with over 20 years in the industry, we are dedicated to maintaining our integrity and reputation by bringing only the best available people in the industry. We pre-qualify candidates ahead of time so when we are ready to present to you, these folks have already been pre-screened and pre-qualified so you will know that these are the ones who are serious about making a change. In fact, many times there will be other candidates available who may have some of the qualifications necessary, but we will not bring them to you unless we feel that they will be a great addition to your company.
Working with ECS is very simple; if you do not hire any of our qualified candidates, there is no fee.
On a new job order, our process is simple; we will first find out from you in detail exactly the kind of candidate that you are looking for in the particular position(s). Since I have experience working in the distribution field, there is much that I can draw from when approaching a candidate. Once I have all of the information from you, then I can begin by looking through my current candidate file. If there is no one qualified, then I will start my search any number of ways from networking to direct recruiting. Please know that we take every job order very seriously and look to present any number of qualified candidates to you in a reasonable amount of time.
