Flasher Equipment Company Jobs and Profile

Flasher Equipment Company celebrated it's 50th anniversary in 2006 and currently has 195 employees.  The company has several separate and distinct departments which all work together to form a cohesive unit. 

The Barricade/Rental Department performs lane closures and traffic control services for special events (Spurs games, AlamoDome events, Home Shows, Walk-a-thons, etc.)

The Highway Department lays striping and buttons/reflectors all over the state of Texas.  The striping is yellow and white paint and Thermo Plastic material.

The Sign and Sales shops work closely together to provide signs of all types for customers and for Flasher's rental/barricade department for jobsites.

Highway and Rental/Barricade positions require light to heavy travel (only inside the state of TX). Employees are paid $25/day per diem when they travel. The company covers transportation to all jobsites and hotels (when necessary).  Employees will go out of town for up to two weeks at a time, will come back for a weekend and then go out again. Not all employees travel all the time but everyone will eventually work on out-of-town jobs.
