| These benefits are offered to full-time and part-time regular staff members!
Healthcare Group offers staff and their families health, dental, and vision insurance. We contribute up to 80% toward the monthly premiums, even on family coverage. Time Off Group encourages our staff to take time off to rest, relax, and play! Group provides nine (9) paid holidays per calendar year. Also, Group provides personal days for regular full-time and regular part-time staff. Full-time staff receives six (6) days and part-time staff receives three (3) days per calendar year. And if that is not enough, staff accrues vacation time on a biweekly basis. Accrual rates are based on tenure and job classifications. All regular full-time staff accrue ten (10) days over the first year of employment. Profit Sharing & Retirement Benefits Group desires to share profits with our staff. Profit sharing is paid out in two forms: a cash bonus and a contribution to a deferred profit-sharing plan (401k). Since these contributions are based on profits, our staff takes a personal and team interest in the financial success of Group.
Group also allows staff to save for retirement by allowing staff to contribute up to $11,000 a year to a 401k plan on a pre-tax basis. The 401k plan is offered through Wells Fargo. Flexible Spending Account Staff can enjoy more net income by taking advantage of our salary reduction plan. Group staff has the opportunity to have health, dental, and vision premiums; childcare expenses; and medical expenses deducted from their payroll checks on a pre-tax basis. Life Insurance Group provides each staff and his or her family term life insurance coverage. If our life insurance coverage of 25K for the staff member, 5K for the staff member’s spouse, and 2K per dependent child does not meet your needs, Group offers staff additional life insurance at a corporate rate. Disability Coverage A Group staff member who is disabled may be assisted through the Sick/Personal Days Transfer Program for the first 90 days. The next 90 days will be funded by Group at 60% of the staff member’s regular salary. Thereafter, each Group staff member is covered by Long-Term Disability insurance paid for by Group. Group University Group University (or Group U) is Group's internal training program. The goal of Group U is to share in-house expertise and provide development opportunities to staff in all work areas. Courses are free and take place during working hours or at lunch time. Staff Perks Group realizes our staff’s time is valuable, so we have developed a program to provide our staff with assistance in balancing their work lives and their personal lives. This program allows staff to access discounts, to receive special timesaving services available while working, Web site links to the community, and much more. Fitness Room Group staff members have the opportunity to get a great workout right at work. The fitness room includes a variety of cardio equipment, free wieghts, four-stack gym and locker room facilities. Fireside Cafe Group staff can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the Fireside Cafe. The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch and offers a variety of snacks to eat anytime of day. In addition, the cafe proudly serves Starbucks coffees and teas. Community Service Opportunities Group staff has the opportunity to experience our one-week summer workcamp missions firsthand. Our staff gets a chance to volunteer for this great workcamp experience without having to use their vacation time. If staff members volunteer to serve at a workcamp, Group pays for their salary and travel arrangements.
Group staff also has the opportunity to give back to the community by participating in our Charitable Giving Committees. The domestic and international Charitable Giving Committee members share the responsibility of determining how our annual tithe is allocated to help nonprofit service organizations in need. Work Environment Group’s staff enjoys a friendly, fun, and creative work environment. Our facility contributes to this great environment! Group’s décor has a mountain lodge feel consisting of tall ceilings, real wood pillars, windows in the cubicles, and lots of natural light. The building even offers a view of the mountains from its windows.
Furthermore, our dress attire is business casual. Each staff member’s workspace is his or her own, and they have the freedom to be creative in decorating it. The only catch is the décor needs to be clean, neat, and modest. |
