Founded in 1996 by Olivier Baussan, the creator of L'Occitane, O&CO. was born from his passion for the olive tree, olive oils, Mediterranean foods and lifestyle products, with a mission to provide a means for customers to discover the remarkable olive oils and products being produced in the region. Each store is a portal for transporting the consumer to this world of sun, sea, and olives.

O&CO. offers an extensive selection of Mediterranean gourmet specialties, all created from the highest quality ingredients. Each store encourages customers to discover the many flavor dimensions of Extra Virgin Olive Oil via a tasting table and knowledgeable staff. With over 65 boutiques worldwide, including 10 in the United States, the design of the O&CO. stores showcases the beauty of the olive tree, variety of olives, flavors, and production methods of olive oil, through the design aesthetic and atmosphere.
