Client Service Directors
Our Client Service Directors have a high level of business acumen and a natural enthusiasm for overcoming obstacles and creating value. They understand our clients’ businesses and identify the right professionals to help them solve problems and implement internal initiatives that drive change. Our Client Service Directors develop opportunities by identifying new clients and cultivating and expanding existing business relationships. They work with clients to determine the scope of any engagement, and assume responsibility for managing and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
Recruiting Directors
Recruiting Directors play the critical role of finding talented and experienced professionals for our global network. They champion our Associates as they move from one engagement to another. Recruiting Directors partner with Client Service in matching professionals with client needs, evaluating not only their technical skills but also the intangible abilities needed to succeed in each client environment. In many cases, Recruiting Directors have direct interface with our clients, exceeding expectations by developing an understanding of their needs and educating them in the nuances of our business model.
Managing Directors
Managing Directors oversee all functions of a local practice, and play an active role in client service. They are responsible for strengthening existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities within their markets.
