Our three products - cable, high-speed Internet and phone - are sold to customers in the Midwest. Our largest service area is in Louisville, KY (go Cards!) and altogether, we serve 1.3 million customers in Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.

We may be small compared to the “giants” in the cable industry like Time Warner and Comcast (who is a 50% partner of ours). But we are mighty when it comes to our passion for serving customers, for our pride in the communities we serve and for our innovative approach to providing the best products out there for your home or your business. We will go further than most to deliver a great customer experience.

We do that because we really are just like our customers - we live in the same communities, we shop at the same stores, our kids go to the same schools and we have the same high expectations for what it means to get good value for our money and great service.
