Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton is a 202-bed acute inpatient hospital located in Carrollton, Georgia. TMC/Carrollton provides a wide range of both inpatient and outpatient services, including OB, same-day surgery, open and closed MRI and 24-hour emergency services staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Other medical services include a dedicated women's center, a state-of-the-art cancer center and occupational health services. A 4-level parking deck that includes spaces for 446 vehicles opened in September 2002 and construction has also been completed on a new state-of-the art ICU addition, which includes 12 beds and a larger, more comfortable area for family members and visitors.

Villa Rica City Hospital joined the Tanner Health System family in 1985, becoming Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica and serving northeastern Carroll County, western Douglas County and southeastern Paulding County. In October 2003, Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica unveiled a brand new $17 million facility that features a beautiful birthing center, an expanded imaging department with MRI, high speed CT and PET scanning, a six-bed ICU, a 22-bed Medical/Surgical unit, 12 postpartum rooms and an expanded Emergency Department, all designed for patient privacy and the highest quality of health care. The impressive rotunda which marks the entrance to the new facility soars three levels and has been constructed with the capability to add an additional floor in the future.

Located in Bremen, GA, Higgins General Hospital became affiliated with Tanner Health System in 1998. The 25-bed critical access hospital recently underwent an extensive $7.5 million renovation and expansion and offers its community inpatient as well as outpatient medical services including a 24-hour Emergency Department, same-day surgery, lithotripsy, and a wide range of outpatient services.
