RHealth, LLC has a philosophy to introduce technology in small doses. It is difficult enough to introduce a change in any business. But when a business is concerned about the health of their customer, technology is not a priority when the practice does not understand the realistic impact. That is a fair and real concern for each practice considering the adoption of technology.
RHealth, LLC was formed with advisors who are active practicing physicians who saw the need for standalone, simple technology solutions that colleagues would adopt in practices, clinics, and hospitals.
Many of the current technology solutions are expensive, too time intensive to learn, require too much new hardware for the practice and required a significant investment for ongoing support. The other major obstacle is that many physicians adopting the large enterprise EMRs and practice management systems were unhappy because expectations were rarely met based on the final deliverables. This is unacceptable to our company.
Therefore, RHealth formed the company on the basic principle to KEEP IT SIMPLE, yet provide the ability to connect our products to any new EMR or practice management system a practice, clinic and hospital would purchase. Seeing is believing and without receiving a demonstration, it is hard to understand the ease of use of the products.
