is a national sales resourcing solutions company based in Denver,
Colorado that provides certified entry-level business-to-business sales
professionals as well as sales outsourcing services. We work with

What is the Career Sales Development Program?
The Career Sales Development Program (CSDP)
combines classroom and computer–based instruction with live-fire sales
experience. It's a full time, 30–day program that includes
instructor–led sessions AND real-life selling experience. Participants
will learn how to prospect, qualify, set appointments, and sell
products and services. They are on the phones making calls to actual
prospects from day one. Throughout the program, participants are
monitored, graded, and tested. This hands-on, experiential approach
distinguishes CSDP and ensures that graduates have a solid foundation
in the fundamentals of the sales process, with a strong emphasis on
solution selling. Best of all, we pay you to complete the program!
CSDP
graduates can add tangible sales experience to their resume, setting
them apart from other job candidates. Upon completion of the program,
graduates are matched with available positions and transitioned to full
time sales positions. A number of employers will present their company
background and sales needs during the final days of the program.
Candidates will interview with companies of interest and ultimately
find a position in sales that is right for them. For those with
previous experience, CSDP offers a chance to refine your skills, update
your knowledge, and connect with employers.
Is a Job Guaranteed?
Simply
put, if you complete this program, you are guaranteed to interview for
sales positions with leading organizations. We can't guarantee you a
job; that you must do for yourself. But we can promise the knowledge
and experience you gain by graduating from CSDP will appeal to every
employer you meet through the program. Three Value Logic Sales
Institute is the primary source for hiring sales associates for many
employers. They come to us because they want our graduates, removing
much of the competition for potential employment.
