REM Wisconsin serves people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the state of Wisconsin .  We are also committed, deeply and in every aspect of our operations, to quality.  Our statewide Quality Assurance Initiative establishes clear goals, benchmarks and outcomes for every service we offer and every employee who works for us.  We have a full-time, statewide Quality Assurance Director whose focus is on assuring we are meeting our high standards, and finding new and better ways to safely and compassionately serve the people who depend on us. 

REM Wisconsin has the resources and expertise to offer professional, caring and high quality services designed to meet the needs of each unique individual situation.  We design and deliver services based on a support team approach that utilizes our staff’s extensive skills.  Our staff includes a full-time Statewide Director of Nursing who oversees and develops our health care intake, evaluation and support services to assure optimal wellness.

Individualized services are available to assist people with behavioral support needs; dual diagnoses; hearing/vision limitations; fragile health needs; Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injuries (TBI or ABI) and specific syndromes including Lesch-Nyhan, Prader-Willi, Tuberous Sclerosis, Rhett’s Syndrome, Autism, Asperger’s and Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD).  Our statewide Quality Assurance Director offers consultation and review for complex individual services and behavior support planning.
