We are an independently owned employee search/consulting firm. We work with Client Companies to gain in-depth insight into the qualifications needed for any open positions.
We also work closely with Candidates who are ready for a change and want to pursue every possible avenue.
We aim to gain an understanding of what is important for each party involved, which allows us to accurately match companies and candidates. Utilizing this method increases our success rate creating a win-win situation for all involved.
Integrity Search Solutions was founded by Sherry Hawk who has almost two decades of experience in the staffing industry. Sherry was recently featured on the cover of the Business Monday periodical that accompanies the Lancaster Newspapers. She has served small to medium-sized business across this region with her experience, insight and integrity. Sherry holds a Certified Staffing Professional designation from The American Staffing Association.
