FOCUSED ON THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
A Team was founded in 2002 on the belief that relationships built on trust are valued by people and businesses alike. With experience in the real estate and staffing industries, and in human resources, Tania Stelter recognized opportunity in staffing services to the real estate industry. A Team has grown into the industry resource for people seeking rewarding jobs, and Fortune 500 and small businesses seeking people to get jobs done.
Our mission is great service
We give great service to both our clients and our candidates. Here's how we do it:
Focus. We focus on real estate related jobs in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Riverside County and parts of San Bernardino and Orange counties. We can't give great service to everybody everywhere. So we don't try.
Knowledge. Every member of our team has worked in a real estate related business. We meet our clients. We interview every candidate. We ask a lot of questions and we listen - we listen very carefully.
Relationships. We form a relationship based on knowledge, respect, trust and commitment with every client and every candidate.
Standards. We embrace standards and best practices in every facet of our business. We set those practices on a foundation of unwavering integrity. If it doesn't look right, seem right or feel right, we don't do it.
Sense of urgency. We have it. When you call us as a client, we know you need a job done now - business doesn't wait. When you call as a candidate, we know you want a new job now. You don't wait, either. You never have to tell us it's urgent or important.
Commitment. We are committed to great service. We are also committed to support the industry through active participation and sponsorship. We are board members, members, or affiliates of many industry groups and each of our team attends one or more industry meetings each month. We think it is important to give back to the community. We can't make a meaningful contribution of our time or money to every deserving organization, so we have chosen one, City of Hope.
